Job summary

MSX International in France is seeking an automotive technician to join our technical hotline team and provide remote support to the dealer network of a major automotive manufacturer.

You will guide dealership technicians through diagnostics, manage high-priority cases, and help improve product quality by feeding field data back to the manufacturer. Occasional on-site visits and a 36-hour hybrid work schedule are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Solid background as an automotive technician with strong troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Deep understanding of automotive mechanics and vehicle electronics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and master diagnostic tools.
• English language proficiency is a plus.
• Great team player with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to dealer network via technical hotline.
• Technical Support & Diagnostics: guide dealership technicians through complex diagnostic procedures.
• High-Priority Case Management: track critical technical cases to ensure swift resolution.
• Quality & Manufacturer Liaison: elevate field data to help improve product quality.
• System Incident Resolution: troubleshoot and resolve issues related to diagnostic tools.
• Field Engagement: participate in technical meetings and on-site dealership visits for specialized cases.
