Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Automation QA Lead to own QA strategy, processes, and automation across the software delivery lifecycle. You will champion an AI-first, quality-driven engineering environment in sports betting and lottery tech, combining leadership with hands-on automation framework development.

You will collaborate with development, product, DevOps, and operations teams to embed quality early, champion shift-left testing, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on automation, scripting, and testing across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and improve QA standards and processes in Agile/DevOps.
• Define automated testing strategies spanning functional, integration, and performance tests.
• Lead the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback.
• Monitor automation coverage and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor QA team members in automation and DevOps practices.
