DualEntry, a fast-growing AI-first finance SaaS, seeks a Senior QA Engineer to build the quality function from the ground up. You will own testing strategy, establish QA practices across UI, API and integrations, and ensure reliability at scale while shipping fast.

This is a remote role with overlap to our New York City HQ (EST). You'll work with a small, high-velocity team and have equity, a generous PTO policy, visa sponsorship for relocation, and a budget for learning and equipment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software QA, focused on SaaS/web applications.
• Experience with UI and API testing at scale.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS and containerization.
• Strong bug reporting and test management skills (Jira/TestRail).
• Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform.
• Design and execute test strategies across UI, API and integrations.
• Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality at every stage.
• Own bug reporting, triage and release validation.
• Lay the foundation for future automated QA testing and CI/CD integration.
• Drive user experience improvements.
