Jobgether SRL is seeking an Automation QA Lead to own QA strategy and automation in a dynamic, AI‑driven engineering environment within the betting tech space. You will partner with DevOps and product teams, champion shift‑left testing, and mentor QA professionals across projects.

You will design robust automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive quality metrics and continuous improvement in a remote-first, international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA initiatives in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive QA strategy, processes, and automation across the SDLC.
• Lead design and maintenance of automated frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback.
• Monitor coverage and quality metrics; report to stakeholders.
• Champion shift-left testing and DevOps practices throughout delivery.
