Shift Technology is seeking a QA Engineer Intern to own end-to-end QA tooling projects for AI-driven software used by insurers worldwide. You will build solutions that QA teams rely on daily, not just proof-of-concept initiatives.

You will work within a fast‑growing, global engineering culture, with hybrid remote options and a strong emphasis on learning and development. The role starts around February 2027 and offers 1500€ gross monthly compensation.

Qualifications

• Final year student (BAC+5, Master 2 or engineering school) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, or AI.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Autonomous and rigorous with strong ownership.
• Nice to have hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own an end-to-end project that moves a QA bottleneck from manual effort to intelligent tooling.
• Build tooling used by QA engineering teams in day-to-day work.
• Tackle missions like AI-driven release validation, functional coverage, and synthetic data provisioning.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Product to ship AI software to insurers.
• Document results and hand over with leadership.
