Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Enterprise AI Workflow Expert to evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in real-world scenarios, design and iterate agentic workflows, and analyze reasoning gaps.

The role involves developing examples and test cases from domain expertise, and partnering with stakeholders to communicate feedback for AI model development. Remote contract with 10-40 hrs/week at $80–$150 per hour.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, or Finance.
• Proven ability to connect data sources and integrate AI agents with business systems.
• Hands-on experience as a workflow builder with multi-tool agentic workflows.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying AI model performance gaps.
• Ability to articulate complex process requirements to diverse audiences.
• Enthusiasm for advancing AI adoption within business environments.
