Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Quantitative Research Expert for a remote contract engagement. You will demonstrate and document advanced workflows using AI coding agents in real technical projects and analyze large codebases to debug complex issues.

The ideal candidate has a STEM background, experience with Codex and Claude tools, and can distill complex processes for AI training. Expected commitment is 10-40 hours per week, with compensation of $80-$100 per hour.
