Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Deal Sourcing Partner AI, Healthcare & MedTech based in France. You will leverage your established network to identify high-potential companies seeking financing or strategic investment of €2 million or more.

You will establish warm introductions to founders and executives, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with an advisory team to develop a robust deal pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deal sourcing, equity sales, fundraising, or advisory in Healthcare/MedTech
• Active, verifiable network with founders/CEOs/investors
• Proven track record of originating or supporting mandates or capital raises (anonymized deal sheet)
• Strong understanding of investment processes and advisory/capital-raising
• Entrepreneurial, independent, proactive mindset for freelance collaboration

Responsabilités

• Identify promising AI, Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics, and Medical Devices companies with financing or strategic capital needs
• Leverage your network to generate qualified deal opportunities and warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs, and investors
• Qualify opportunities by assessing financing requirements, company stage, and investment potential
• Identify mandates across fundraising, capital raising, M&A, and advisory services (€2M+ focus)
• Build and maintain a high-quality deal pipeline across Healthcare and MedTech
• Collaborate with internal advisory team to evaluate deals and refine opportunities
• Support formal mandates for promising opportunities and nurture sector partnerships
