Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delivery Lead – AI Data Projects based in France to oversee complex AI data initiatives for an international client portfolio. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional teams, and optimize project performance across discovery and adoption stages.

The ideal candidate has strong AI and GenAI knowledge, client-facing leadership experience, and a background in STEM. This remote role offers global collaboration and opportunities to shape transformative AI

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI project delivery experience in startups or scaleups.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across discovery, scope, and adoption.
• Strong client-facing leadership with consulting background is valued.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI trends and practical applications.
• Foundational stats, ML, data science, and data generation understanding.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is required.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational sense balancing quality, deadlines, resources and cost.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in evolving client needs.
• Motivation to implement continuous delivery process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for AI data projects across an international client portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Oversee discovery, scope, planning, implementation, and adoption of projects.
• Establish delivery processes, reporting standards, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations for retention.
• Support business development by shaping proposals and delivery models.
• Balance quality with operational efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor teams and improve workflows with repeatable practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across the delivery organization.
