Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data Scientist - AI & Experimentation to work remotely in France on a data-driven platform for healthcare recruitment. You will build predictive models, enhance AI features, and run experiments to influence product strategy and growth.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to turn insights into impact. You will design and deploy LLM-powered features, implement RAG pipelines, and evaluate AI outputs while optimizing matching between supply and demand.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistics with ability to justify assumptions and interpret results.
• Advanced Python, pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy and SQL skills.
• Experience applying data science techniques to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models and AI solutions to production.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG systems, including prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and related pitfalls.
• Familiarity with CAC, ROAS and marketing attribution.
• Experience with Jira or similar project tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models for pricing and match-making.
• Build LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines.
• Design prompt engineering workflows and evaluate AI outputs.
• Plan experiments, including A/B tests, to inform decisions.
• Analyze funnels to improve healthcare job matching.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for monitoring.
• Track model and experiment impact on business outcomes.
• Document work and communicate progress via Jira.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Follow through on recommendations to enable deployment.
