Jobgether in France seeks a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend and infra, driving high-impact features from concept to launch. You will work in a lean, autonomous team with a focus on scalable systems and AI-native tooling.

You will collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture, apply Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered development tools to build reliable services and improve user growth, retention, and product quality.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend/full-stack experience with strong backend focus.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid PostgreSQL/Redis, REST API design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write and maintain automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).
• Familiar with AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead product feature development end-to-end from ideation to release.
• Research market trends and propose new features to boost growth.
• Build robust backend services and contribute to frontend as needed.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalability and reliability.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure and engineering practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-native tooling and automated testing and CI practices.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives and improve development efficiency.
