Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to translate learning strategies into AI-powered solutions for accessible and scalable knowledge. This remote contract role focuses on combining AI, workflow automation, knowledge management, and learning design to prototype resources, streamline onboarding, and launch scalable enablement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge management experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and system integrations.
• Systems-oriented mindset to connect workflows and drive implementation.
• Excellent written English for asynchronous remote work.

Responsibilities

• Research AI-powered approaches to learning and enablement aligned with goals.
• Prototype learning resources and automated workflows using Claude and other AI tools.
• Develop and launch learning initiatives from concept to adoption and improvement.
• Manage asynchronous onboarding processes to deliver a smooth, automated experience.
• Structure and maintain learning knowledge repositories for accuracy and accessibility.
• Automate learning administration tasks across systems (enrolments, reminders, tracking).
• Maintain and improve learning platforms (Sana LMS, Notion, Claude).
• Create clear learning content, guides, documentation, and digital resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and design enablement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve learner experience with AI.
• Investigate ambiguous problems independently, establish priorities, and deliver solutions.
• Monitor effectiveness of learning systems and refine solutions based on feedback.
