Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI adoption and workflow automation for a U.S.-based law firm. The role is fully remote and requires strong technical leadership to identify inefficiencies, design scalable AI-powered workflows, and connect essential business applications.

You will own projects end-to-end, work with cutting-edge LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing workflow automation and process improvements, specifically in professional services such as law firms.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI implementation and operational optimization.
• Demonstrated use of large language models (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini) to build AI-powered workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs with business processes using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot systems and write/modify code.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI adoption and automation.
• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and legal operations.
• Troubleshoot and enhance automations and integrations for reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, and other apps.
• Take full ownership from problem identification to deployment and ongoing optimization.
