Job summary

Prismic is building the Agentic Website Platform and expanding its world-class Support team in Paris. The role focuses on helping customers succeed with our product, improving AI-assisted support, and shaping features through user feedback.

You will work across Next.js, APIs, and integrations, writing docs for humans and AI, and collaborating with Engineering to fix issues and ship enhancements for enterprise customers. Paris-based, flexible location.

Qualifications

• Shipped at least one AI-enabled feature used by others.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js.
• Strong debugging skills for HTTP, caching, and logs.
• Ability to measure impact with basic SQL and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support and improve AI-driven responses.
• Investigate complex customer issues across Prismic, Next.js and more.
• Escalate to Engineering with evidence; file bugs and requests.
• Build and test AI Procedures and escalation rules.
• Extend our support automation with integrations.
• Proactively engage customers using product signals.
• Write docs for people and AI.
• Contribute to product and internal tools.
