Mistral AI is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Use Cases to join our France-based Support team. You will troubleshoot, investigate incidents, and communicate with enterprise customers, ensuring run of customer applications built by our Solutions team.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to resolve issues swiftly and improve our support operations. This role offers hybrid work with offices in Paris or Marseille and exposure to cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, software engineering, or LLMs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Intercom, RGPD compliance, and security best practices.
• Fluent in French and English, with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated tickets from enterprise clients via Intercom.
• Reproduce issues in test environments and diagnose root causes.
• Collaborate with Solutions and Engineering to resolve incidents.
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring pain points and suggest product/process improvements.
