• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or DevOps.
• Experience with on-premise or hybrid infrastructures.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Familiarity with Intercom, RGPD compliance, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated tickets from enterprise clients via Intercom.
• Investigate on‑premise infrastructure issues and reproduce problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, deployment, and product teams to resolve incidents.
• Provide proactive, clear updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Create knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest product/process improvements.
