HSBC in Paris is seeking a Trade and Transaction Regulatory Reporting control professional to coordinate controls across Paris and Bengaluru and oversee regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, MMSR). You will partner with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions for the bank's investment activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in market activities including derivatives and securities financing.
• Experience with regulatory reporting to EMIR, MiFID, SFTR and MMSR.
• Ability to manage time, escalation and communicate with regulators.
• Strong written and verbal English and French skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee controls (reconciliations, QA, pairing) for trade and transaction reporting.
• Support local manager in dealing with French regulators (AMF, ACPR, BdF).
• Ensure continuity of BAU and understand daily processing.
• Identify risks and optimize controls across onshore/offshore teams.
• Collaborate on testing for projects impacting reporting.
• Support change initiatives in response to regulatory updates.
• Supervise offshore teams and reporting across multiple regulations and assets.
• Develop testing environment and provide control indicators.
• Analyze monitoring indicators to identify trends.
• Investigate problems and coordinate with IT until resolution.
