Jobtailor in Île-de-France collaborates with major banks within its Banking & Insurance Advisory Department on regulatory, prudential and ESG reporting. You will contribute to large regulatory transformation projects and support data integrity for FINREP/COREP and other ECB-referenced standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with at least 2 years in consulting/audit/financial institutions, possess strong IFRS/Basel knowledge, and demonstrate project-management skills with fluency in

  • Master’s degree in business school/university or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in consulting/audit/financial institutions or banking regulator.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, Surfi, Basel...
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, planning, budgeting, quality plans, team supervision).
  • Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

  • Work with Finance Departments of major banks within Banking & Insurance Advisory.
  • Specialized in regulatory, prudential and ESG reporting for clients.
  • Deploy large regulatory transformation projects (ESG, Basel IV, CRR3/CRD6, IREF, BIRD…).
  • Monitor liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR) and solvency metrics (RWA, SCR).
  • Ensure regulatory reporting compliance (FINREP, COREP) per ECB/supervisory guidance.
  • Improve internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Document target processes, governance, and tool implementation support.
  • Improve data quality for regulatory deliverables (impact analyses, solution proposals).
  • Contribute to firm initiatives and colleague development.

Responsibilities
  • As part of the Banking & Insurance Advisory Department, you will work with the Finance Departments of major banks.
  • Specialized in regulatory, prudential and ESG reporting, you will be a trusted partner to our clients on the following assignments:
  • Deployment of large regulatory transformation projects (ESG, Basel IV, CRR3/CRD6, IREF, BIRD…)
  • Monitoring and oversight of liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR…), solvency metrics (RWA, SCR…) and resolution indicators (LDR, MREL, TLAC…)
  • Bringing regulatory and prudential reporting into compliance (FINREP, COREP…) following recommendations from the ECB or other supervisory authorities.
  • Optimization of internal controls and risk management.
  • Formalization of target processes, governance and support for business lines during the implementation of new tools.
  • Improvement and safeguarding of data quality for regulatory deliverables (impact analyses, solution proposals and implementation).
  • You will also contribute to firm initiatives and support the development of our colleagues.
Requirements
  • You hold a Master’s degree (e.g., business school/university, DSCG, Master CCA, Master’s in Finance).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution, or at a banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, …).
  • You have strong knowledge of national and international reporting and regulations with significant impact: IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, Surfi, Basel…
  • And/or you are proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Agile methods, planning, budget management, quality plan, team supervision and coordination).
  • With good interpersonal skills, team spirit and organizational abilities, you are keen to grow your expertise throughout your career.
  • You are fluent in English.
