HSBC Traded and Treasury Risk Audit Manager in Courbevoie leads audits of market and treasury risk governance and controls, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust internal controls. You will work with regional teams and data analytics to deliver high‑impact assurance across Traded Risk and SLOD Treasury Risk areas.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Traded Risk function including governance, control framework and model methodology.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Credit and xVA.
• Experience in Market Risk and/or Counterparty Credit Risk.
• Ability to work at flexible hours due to team geography.
• Strong written and verbal communication and business partnering skills.
• Proficient in data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead audits of Traded Risk by reviewing market risk and counterparty credit risk management and control activities.
• Lead review of Second Line of Defence controls relating to Treasury Risks (IRRBB, Capital Risk, Banking book FX, Liquidity risk).
• Assess regulatory developments for Traded Risk and Treasury Risk.
• Review implementation of key regulatory initiatives through audit projects and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain interaction with regional management and stakeholders to tailor Audit services.
• Collaborate with data analytics specialists to identify and remediate key risks.
• Challenge existing risk management framework against best practices and regulatory expectations.
