Trane Technologies is seeking an Operational Technical Lead (F/M) to provide regional technical support to operations and commercial teams, ensuring quality of interventions, effectiveness of deployed solutions, and customer satisfaction on site.

Reporting to the Regional Operational Manager, your duties include boosting technicians' technical skills, guiding on-site operations optimization, and defending the company's interests in dispute resolution, with on-site work five days a week in

Qualifications

• Formation bac+3 à bac+5 dans le domaine de la production du froid, de la régulation et du traitement d’air.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
• Autonomous, organized, dynamic and proactive with good English communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide regional technical support to operational and commercial teams to ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and enhance the technical skills of technicians and contribute to on-site operation optimization.
• Defend the company's interests in dispute resolution and escalate major issues to technical management.
