FT3 Trane France SAS is seeking a technically skilled engineer for an on-site role to support national operations and sales teams. You will help ensure high-quality interventions and customer satisfaction while driving knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across sites.

The profile requires BAC+2 to BAC+5 in refrigeration, heating, regulation or air treatment, strong technical expertise, autonomy, and good communication. English proficiency is required, and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level 2–5 in refrigeration, heating, regulation or air treatment.
• Strong technical expertise in the field.
• Autonomous, organized, proactive and communicative.

Responsabilités

• Technically support national operations and commercial teams to ensure quality of interventions and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent knowledge transfer and centralize field feedback to improve practices and products.
• Represent the company in disputes and provide technical expertise when needed.
• Support on complex technical topics and monitor actions after coordination with supervisors.
• Contribute to on-site operational optimization and reliability of interventions.
• Develop training materials and deliver trainings on-site or in classroom settings.
• Prepare technical notes and work methodologies and share with operational teams for continuous improvement.
• Report field feedback to all plants within Trane Technologies to improve product quality.
