Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead, Field Sales to drive and coach the Lyon-based outbound sales team within the EMEA region. You will mentor the team, shape scalable processes, and partner with internal teams to expand our market presence.

You’ll lead coaching efforts, help achieve targets, and contribute to hiring as the team scales in a launch-phase environment. A strong track record in B2B tech/fintech sales is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading a sales team.
• B2B sales experience in technology, solution sales or fintech.
• Strong understanding of sales best practices and a proven ability to close.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance metrics.
• Passion for coaching and helping others develop.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and target-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and adaptability.
• Ownership and energy to build something new in a launch-phase environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Senior Manager, Outbound, to mentor, motivate and develop the team.
• Provide regular coaching, training and feedback to help team members grow their sales careers.
• Help the team consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Analyse pipeline and performance metrics, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Support outbound initiatives that improve team performance and market reach.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Inbound, Implementation and Marketing to strengthen our customer journey and ways of working.
• Help grow the Lyon team’s culture, operating rhythm and local market presence.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members as the team grows.
