Indie Campers in Marseille is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction and efficiency across the region, owning end-to-end processes from real estate expansion to supplier management.

You will report to the Regional Operations Lead, work with local teams, optimise processes, reduce costs, monitor KPIs, and ensure health and safety standards while building a network of partners.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics as stated.
• Experience with process improvement and KPI-driven roles.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Become expert in regional operational procedures and help adapt them locally.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to cut costs per booking.
• Monitor regional KPIs and prioritise corrective actions based on data.
• Support regional leadership to achieve targets and objectives.
• Act as regional contact for partners and suppliers to ensure service quality.
• Manage relationships with real estate, laundry, gas, cleaning and other partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment to optimise day-to-day operations.
• Develop real estate standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Procure and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost and service level.
• Assist expansion of the regional network through sourcing and supplier development.
• Standardise and document depots' processes for consistency and scale.
