Indie Campers, the go-to campervan marketplace, is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive daily operations across your region, focusing on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

You will own end-to-end processes, including real estate expansion, day-to-day property management, health and safety standards, and building a network of local partners and suppliers. The role is KPI-driven with a focus on cost reduction and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or facilities management.
• Experience with process improvement and optimisation, ideally Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve regional operational procedures across your region.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost per booking.
• Monitor regional KPIs and report performance to identify root causes and actions.
• Support regional leadership to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with real estate providers, suppliers, and service partners to ensure quality and standards.
