Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction and efficiency across your region. You will own end-to-end processes from property management to ensuring health and safety standards.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Lead, you will monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with real estate, laundry, and suppliers to reduce costs while preserving quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in Industrial/ Mechanical fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or facilities management.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset using KPIs to drive decisions.
• Fluency in English mandatory; German, Italian, and/or French are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional operational procedures.
• Design initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce regional costs per booking.
• Monitor KPIs and identify root causes of underperformance.
• Support regional leadership toward targets and objectives.
• Coordinate with real estate, laundry, gas, cleaning, and other partners.
• Standardise processes across depots for scalability.
