Job summary

CDP seeks a Market Director in Paris or Berlin to lead the Sub-Regional Market Head and Relationship Management. You will drive revenue growth, renewals, and expansion within a matrix organization, guiding account planning and forecast discipline.

You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product and Data Solutions, while representing CDP at external events with confident public speaking and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Extensive and proven experience leading sales and account management in commercial organizations.
• Ability to build and inspect sales pipelines with forecast and performance metrics.
• Proven track record of revenue, retention, expansion targets in sales contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Sub-Regional Market Head, owning commercial performance, renewals, expansion and pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product, Data Solutions.
• Drive GTM initiatives, manage renewal risk, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent CDP externally at events and conferences with strong communication.
• Develop regional strategy and share best practices with global counterparts.
