You will own the region's commercial performance, renewals, expansion, and pipeline, while guiding cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and ability to translate market opportunity into revenue growth within a hybrid work model.

• Represent CDP at external events and conferences.
• Monitor market trends, pricing feedback and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with global teams and regional offices on strategy.
• Coach and develop regional sales and relationship management teams.
