Cainiao Group is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager in the Île-de-France region. You will report to the Last Mile Regional Operations Manager and lead a 10-person team, organizing work shifts, scheduling, and ensuring efficient daily/weekly parcel operations.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage delivery partners, monitor costs, and drive KPIs and quality. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with the Office suite in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

5 years in a similar position.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
KPI management and results orientation.
Reporting and root-cause analyses.
Cost management experience.
Leadership of local and partner teams.
Internal and external communications.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage a team of 10 people, organizing shifts and leave.
Plan daily/weekly operations based on parcel projections and partner capacity.
Coordinate with internal teams (Linehaul, Sorting Center, Commercial, Quality, Projects).
Coordinate delivery partners and manage distributor allocations.
Monitor, control route/delivery costs and implement productivity improvements.
Oversee QA with quality KPIs and daily/weekly monitoring.
Ensure customer-focused operations and timely reporting.
