Jobgether is seeking an IoT Solutions Architecture Manager based in France to lead a regional team of Field Engineers, guiding presales and professional services to design secure connected‑device solutions.

You will work with engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders across embedded Linux and edge computing, driving delivery practices and business value. Travel 2–4 times per year is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience with embedded Linux (Yocto or similar).
• Strong Linux expertise; Debian/Ubuntu experience valuable.
• Fluency in Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience leading small engineering teams and customer-facing roles.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2–4 times per year.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a regional team of Field Engineers across Presales and Professional Services.
• Act as trusted technical advisor on IoT, Linux, embedded, and connected-device technologies.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, and delivery for complex customer engagements.
• Coach and mentor engineers, supporting career development and capabilities.
• Monitor team health and promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.
• Represent the team to customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
