Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Lyon (Saint Priest area) seeks an FP&A Manager for EMEA to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. You will align regional plans with corporate objectives and advance analytics with AI and Power BI.

This role requires 5–7+ years in FP&A within a multinational environment, strong communication, and hands-on skills with Excel, Power BI and OneStream. You will mentor analysts and partner with regional leadership to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A or business controlling experience in a multinational environment, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Autonomy: Proven track record of running forecasting and budget cycles end-to-end with minimal supervision in a matrix organization.
AI & automation: Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in finance work, with concrete examples of automation.
Tools: Advanced Excel and financial modeling; hands-on Power BI (Power Query, data modeling); OneStream, SAP or similar systems.
Communication: Ability to translate complex analysis into concise executive messages and to constructively challenge commercial stakeholders.
Mindset: Ownership, rigor and attention to detail; curiosity, innovation and continuous improvement mindset; able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic financial planning for the EMEA region.
Partner with regional and corporate leadership to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regional and corporate stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Drive AI, automation and analytics initiatives (Power BI) to enhance efficiency and governance.
Lead or contribute to finance projects within the EMEA region with cross-functional coordination.
Support the FP&A Senior Manager with critical insights and development of new ideas and tools.
