Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Applications Specialist in France to install and maintain diagnostic instruments in hospitals and labs. You will deliver outstanding customer service, training and on-site support across your territory.

Based ideally in Brittany or Normandy, you will travel within France (up to 50% overnight) and collaborate with a strong national team to implement projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University scientific degree plus minimum 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays.
• Fluent in French and English; third European language would be a strong plus.
• Ability to travel within France to support customers using your technical expertise with overnight stays (up to 50%).
• Ability to work flexible hours as per the business needs.

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge of industry, company, products, tools and team; Development Pathway provided.
• Be supported by leadership in delivering successful installations for customers and meeting company requirements.
• Provide professional support and training to Beckman Coulter’s customers.
• Maintain customer support logs and internal records; resolve issues to deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Develop commercial awareness through cross-functional support to increase growth opportunities and demonstrate innovative solutions.
