Job summary

BeOne seeks a Regional Clinical Operations Leader to oversee regional study delivery, ensuring timelines, budget adherence, and inspection readiness. You will manage external partners and drive regional performance in collaboration with CSTs and stakeholders.

You will supervise regional CRAs, coordinate feasibility input, regulatory submissions, and country-level TMF quality, while leading budget planning and resource allocation for multiple studies across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required.
• Higher degree preferred; exceptions for relevant clinical operations experience.
• 4+ years of progressive clinical research experience.
• Experience leading regional or CRO teams.
• CRA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of regional clinical studies from feasibility to closeout.
• Ensure regional study timelines and recruitment targets are met.
• Collaborate with feasibility managers, country heads, medical affairs and regulatory
• Ensure regional inspection readiness and timely submissions to authorities.
