You will drive performance, training and quality oversight while balancing timelines, budgets and risks in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or related field; nursing or medical lab certs are acceptable alternatives.
• Experience with ICH/GCP and local regulations in clinical research environments.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols in country, adhering to ICH/GCP and local regulations.
• Proactively drives execution and tracks deliverables to meet country commitments.
• Oversees training, QA activities, and monitors site performance and vendor relationships.
