Job summary

Resilience Care is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to oversee multicenter studies sponsored by Resilience and investigator-initiated projects across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will report to the Clinical Operations Lead, combining on-site oversight with regulatory coordination and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, Jardé Law, and GDPR.

Qualifications

• Must coordinate clinical study activities across stakeholders with a structured approach.
• Experience applying GCP, ICH guidelines, Jardé Law, and GDPR in daily operations.
• Maintain and use study indicators to monitor progress and data quality.
• Contribute to regulatory submission follow-up, site contracting and budget tracking.
• Work in French and English with professional fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day study operations and site visits across multiple sites.
• Track site progress, study indicators and data quality; raise issues in governance meetings.
• Follow up on site agreements, amendments and budget annexes with Legal and Finance.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and the eTMF; support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Scientists, Biostatistics, Product, and Legal teams to improve trackers and SOPs.
