Job summary

Ciliatech seeks a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead operational planning and delivery of European clinical studies. You will translate development strategy into executable plans, timelines, budgets and resource plans, acting as the operational lead for investigators, sites, CRAs, CROs and clinical vendors.

This role requires autonomy, advanced degrees in life sciences, and strong collaboration with medical, regulatory, quality and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• Significant experience managing multicentre clinical studies.
• Experience in ophthalmology clinical trial execution and medical-device development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day planning, setup, execution and close-out of European clinical studies.
• Coordinate country/site feasibility, ethics/regulatory submissions, site activation and readiness tracking.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks and vendor performance.
