Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior / Project Manager to drive delivery of Phase I–IV clinical trials across local, regional, and global studies. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

This remote role is open to candidates based in Europe; travel may be required. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensure study start-up through closeout, and optimize operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or allied health; equivalent experience considered.
• ≥5 years in clinical pharmaceutical industry with oncology PM experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles: time, scope, cost, risk, quality.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets; client focus.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using project management software and handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Phase I–IV trials from start-up to closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop and adjust project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Manage budgets and financial performance against contracts.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep studies on track.
• Foster collaboration across global teams and ensure quality.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines, regulatory, and client expectations.
