Sidel is seeking a Regional Product Support Automation Expert for the Aseptic Blower platform to ensure top-tier automation support across Europe and beyond. The role combines office-based engineering with occasional onsite missions, focusing on troubleshooting, documentation, and customer collaboration.
You will lead automation issues on blowing equipment, apply RCA, support field teams, and contribute to ongoing reliability and retrofit projects, all while maintaining strong communication in
Qualificações
- Master or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent.
- English spoken and written.
- ≥5 years of automation experience in packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of aseptic technology (C5, C3, X4…).
- Knowledge of blowing products is a plus.
- Electrical fundamentals and safety equipment knowledge.
Responsabilidades
- Troubleshoot automation on aseptic blower platforms.
- Manage non-conformity and warranty costs.
- Support field service engineers during projects.
- Apply RCA to automation issues and drive corrective actions.
- Provide daily email/phone/ticket support to customers.
- Contribute to reliability improvements and retrofit applications.
- Prepare and distribute documentation for automation troubleshooting.
