Alchem Partners is supporting an established, family-owned chemical manufacturer in the appointment of an Account Manager for Western Europe. You will manage an established portfolio across France, Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar, focusing on existing accounts and delivering value through understanding customers' processes and offering practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in process industries (paper, chemicals) preferred.
• Ability to engage with production teams and senior management.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Western Europe.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships across the customer portfolio.
• Understand operations and propose product/ dosing-system solutions.
• Support trials on site and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Manage sales cycle and maintain CRM records.
• Plan customer visits and regional travel.
• Attend exhibitions and coordinate with colleagues.
