Romer Labs, within dsm-firmenich, seeks an Account Manager for France with strong B2B sales experience in diagnostics and a willingness to travel ~50%. You will advise customers, promote diagnostic solutions, and expand the customer base while coordinating with logistics and marketing resources to grow market share.

Fluent in English and French, you will work with a multicultural team and represent Romer Labs at conferences and seminars across the Western France region.

Qualifications

• Several years of B2B sales experience (ideally in diagnostic segment).
• Life science education background (chemistry, food engineering, biotechnology, biology, agriculture).
• Willingness to travel in the region (~50%).
• Category B driving license.
• Fluent in English and French - verbal and written.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and in remote and face-to-face settings.
• Strong customer focus with solution-oriented mindset and analytical thinking.
• Experience with IT systems (e.g. Salesforce, MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Advising and supporting customers using our diagnostic solutions (food, animal feed companies, laboratories, distributors).
• Promoting Romer Labs products for the analysis of food allergens, mycotoxins and pathogens.
• Actively representing Romer Labs in conferences and seminars.
• Acquiring new customers.
• Utilizing marketing and technical resources to increase market share.
• Cooperating with the logistic team to maximize service level.
