Qualifications

• Higher technical education in refrigeration and cooling technologies.
• Significant experience in a B2B industrial environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high-level customer relationships.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Product Engineering projects with refrigeration and cooling expertise.
• Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after sales.
• Analyze requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Act as interface between customers and R&D.
• Deliver technical seminars, trainings, and presentations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop and maintain customer and partner relationships.
