Job summary

Assetara Limited, a global AI-fintech firm, is seeking a Recruiter to source prospective employees, present opportunities accurately, conduct first-stage interviews, and coordinate qualified candidates with hiring managers. You will develop a solid working knowledge of Assetara, its products, and values.

The role emphasizes professional candidate experience, screening, and scheduling two to three structured first-stage video interviews per day via Zoom or Google Meet, while keeping recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing through networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and explain opportunities using approved info.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara and approved communications.
• Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video interviews per day via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Assess fit and coordinate candidates with hiring managers and next steps.
• Keep candidate information and feedback in the company CRM in compliance with privacy rules.

Location: Remote / Global

Job Type: Full-time employment

Compensation: Fixed compensation of $50 USD per week. An individual bonus system may also be available; eligibility, terms, and amounts will be discussed during the interview process and confirmed in writing where applicable.

Assetara Limited is an international AI-fintech ecosystem working with blockchain and digital-asset technology. We are expanding our global team and are seeking a proactive Recruiter to help identify and engage qualified people for open positions within the Company.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will support the Company’s hiring process by sourcing prospective employees, presenting relevant job opportunities accurately, conducting first-stage interviews, and coordinating qualified candidates with hiring managers. You must develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of Assetara, its products, business model, corporate values, and approved recruitment materials before representing the Company to candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
• Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, customer communication, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately and responsibly.
