Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our AI‑fintech ecosystem. This fully remote role focuses on proactive outreach, first-stage screening, and pipeline management to support regional leadership.

You'll use LinkedIn, Telegram, and job boards to identify talent, conduct 15–20 minute interviews, and help move candidates to final interviews. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and objection handling.
• Comfort with Zoom and Google Meet for interviews.
• Basic to intermediate English for internal reporting and team communications.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate outreach, present Assetara opportunity, answer questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct 15–20 minute interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first-stage interviews per day, as qualified.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate records and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Compliance: Follow policies and privacy requirements in all communications.

Compensation: Base salary of $200 USD per month plus an uncapped commission structure for every successfully hired and onboarded candidate. Commission terms are confirmed in writing in the employment contract.

Role Overview

As a Talent Scout, you will act as a headhunter and sales professional. Your mission is to actively source, engage, and screen high‑potential candidates and leaders who can contribute to the growth of our ecosystem. This remote role focuses on identifying exceptional talent and presenting the Assetara opportunity professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional networks, and international job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate professional outreach by message or call, present the Assetara opportunity, and respond to candidate questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct structured 15–20 minute Zoom or Google Meet interviews to assess communication, motivation, leadership potential, and role fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first‑stage candidate interviews per working day, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in simple tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final‑stage interviews.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, privacy requirements, and applicable recruitment practices in all candidate communications.

Qualifications Required

• Communication: Charismatic, confident communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and simple tracking sheets.
• English: Basic to intermediate written and spoken English for internal reporting and team communications.
• Experience & Drive: Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage; strong self‑motivation is essential.
