Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a patient-care assistant to support nursing staff in an outpatient setting. You will monitor patients, perform clerical duties, and assist with coordination of treatment plans for individuals with opioid use disorder.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including early shifts and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• CNA/MA certification preferred.
• Office experience in healthcare setting (1+ years).
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care and monitoring within the nursing unit.
• Provide clerical, reception and public relations duties.
• Offer organizational support to the nursing team.
• Input and reporting of DAANES for MN.
• Attend staff meetings and support care coordination for clients.
