Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supports activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting/hygiene, mobility and transport.
• Follows standard precautions including isolation and safe patient practices.
• Performs tasks as directed by RN/LPN: vital signs, point-of-care testing, phlebotomy and EKGs if certified; communicates changes to RN/LPN.
• Reinforces education of patient and family regarding care needs and safety.
• Participates in patient satisfaction initiatives and performance improvement activities.
• Assists in the orientation of new hires.
• Maintains professional ethics and supports healthcare team.
