Job summary

Analysis Group in Paris is seeking an Analyst Intern in Corporate Finance to support M&A, Private Equity, and transaction services projects. This master’s level internship welcomes candidates with strong academic records; prior experience in finance is a plus, but not required.

You will work across multiple projects with international teams, gaining hands-on valuation, financial modelling, and client-facing preparation, while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s 2 students (or gap year) specializing in corporate finance with experience in M&A, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or equivalent.
• Strong academic record and motivation to tackle complex financial problems.
• Excellent command of English and French.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and financial assessment (industry analysis and performance analysis).
• Critical review of business plans.
• Company valuation (DCF, trading and transaction comparables).
• Preparation of presentations (valuation reports, pitch decks, client materials).
• Financial assessment of damages in the context of litigation.
