Schroders is seeking an Investment Analyst Intern to join the Hotel Investment division in Paris for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will assist in origination and execution of deals, with exposure to market research, financial modelling, and due diligence across assets.

Qualifications

Student in a top tier Business School, Engineering School or University.
Previous internships in Finance and/or Real Estate and genuine interest in Real Estate / Hotel industry.
Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills specific to financial modelling and P&L analysis.
Entrepreneurial approach and highly ambitious with excellent academic credentials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proficiently navigate Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent French and English language skills.

Responsabilités

Origination: conduct market research, Excel analysis, draft memos and presentations.
Create and manage financial models for transactions.
Maintain research files with data on markets.
Prepare board presentations for investment committee, investors, banks.
Be involved in due diligence across commercial, financial, tax, social, real estate, ESG, insurance.
Assist in negotiation with sellers/buyers (price calculation, SPA negotiation).
Semi-autonomous in deal analysis underwriting and involved in transactions.]
