Job summary

MSCI seeks a highly skilled Client Consultant to join the France BeLux Real Asset coverage team, acting as trusted advisor to institutional clients. You will manage relationships, demonstrate MSCI products, train users, and present at workshops and webinars, coordinating with sales, client service, and product management to deliver value.

Based in Paris with travel across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, you will apply deep market knowledge and strong analytical skills to guide investment

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and pitching investment opportunities, investment strategies or portfolio reviews.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, problem solving and time management.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with Asset Owner/Asset Manager or real estate consultancy in research/strategy or investor relations.
• Deep understanding of global real estate investment markets and processes.
• Relationship management experience with institutional clients.
• Fluency in French and English; other languages a plus.
• BA/MA in real estate, finance or economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within the France BeLux client base; collaborate with senior client executives and fund managers; implement strategic plans for client retention.
• Develop expertise in MSCI products and real estate trends to provide best-practices guidance.
• Identify opportunities to increase client usage and onboarding of new users.
• Support sales with up-selling and cross-product opportunities; assist in campaigns for new product placement.
• Engage with clients about product road map and solicit feedback for future development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client inquiries are addressed.
• Respond to client inquiries on methodologies and analytics; conduct advanced client trainings and seminars.
