Job summary

MSCI’s Real Asset coverage team in France, Belgium and Luxembourg is seeking a client consultant to act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, helping them maximise the value of MSCI products in real estate and related financial contexts.

Based in Paris, the role involves senior relationship management, product demonstrations, users training and education, and client experience activities such as seminars and workshops.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of real estate market and financial industry required.
• Ability to guide institutional clients to better use MSCI products for assessing risks and making investment decisions.
• Adaptable and capable of leading efforts to solve client problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within France BeLux client base; work with senior client executives & fund managers; implement strategic plans to ensure client retention.
• Develop expertise in MSCI products and latest real estate trends & regulatory landscape to provide Best Practices guidance.
• Identify opportunities to increase client usage of MSCI products and identify new users.
• Collaborate with the sales team on up-selling and cross-product opportunities; assist in campaigns on new product placement.
• Engage with clients about product road map; solicit feedback on future development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are managed effectively.
• Respond to detailed client inquiries about methodologies; conduct advanced client trainings and seminars.
