Job summary

MSCI Inc in Paris is seeking a client consultant to cover France BeLux Real Asset. You will manage relationships with senior client executives and fund managers while demonstrating MSCI products and leading client workshops.

The role requires deep knowledge of real estate markets, strong analytical abilities and excellent communication. Fluency in French and English is essential for success in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of real estate market and financial industry.
• Superior analytical, written & verbal communication, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills.
• Experience working for an Asset Owner, Asset Manager, Listed Real Estate company or real estate consultant in research/strategy, portfolio management or investor relations.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Desired qualification: BA, MA in real estate, finance, economics

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within our France BeLux client base; work closely with senior client executives & fund managers; implement strategic plans to ensure client retention.
• Develop expertise in MSCI products as well as latest real estate trends and regulatory landscape to provide clients with Best Practices guidance.
• Identify opportunities to increase client usage of our products and identify new users.
• Work closely with the sales team on potential up-selling and cross-product selling opportunities; assist in campaigns on new product placement.
• Proactively engage with clients to keep them informed of our product road map with a view on how our development efforts will help them achieve their business goals; proactively solicit client feedback regarding future product development.
• Work with internal functional teams to ensure that all clients requests / inquiries are managed appropriately.
• Respond to detailed client enquiries about methodologies and analysis; hold advanced client training / workshops; present in seminars.
