Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager Marketing Rare Disease Europe & UK to shape regional brand strategy and drive cross-country campaigns in a hybrid work model.

You will lead omnichannel campaigns across HCP channels, develop promotional materials with compliant approvals, and manage agencies and timelines. The role requires multi-country marketing experience, product launch expertise in pharma, and collaboration with commercial, medical, market access, and regulatory teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of progressive commercial experience within pharma/biotech with 3+ years in product/brand/marketing.

Responsabilités

• Co-lead European brand planning, including situation analysis, positioning, messaging, and annual tactical planning.
• Lead omnichannel HCP campaigns (email, e-detailing, web, digital media, congress activities).
• Direct development of promotional and disease education materials with approvals, localization, and compliance.
• Manage creative, digital, media, and congress agencies with budgets, timelines, and reviews.
• Partner with Commercial Operations and Strategic Customer Engagement to deliver field-ready tools and CRM requirements.
• Own commercial training programs with field leadership and training teams.
• Co-lead European and international congress strategy and execution, including logistics and compliance.
• Thrive in a highly autonomous environment, aligning cross-functional teams.
